Archer’s Ride

The Civil War is coming to an end and Sam Archer, his term served, is riding to the small town of Dalton’s Gap and the family ranch on the other side of the hills. His parents and brother are waiting for him, as is the woman he intends to marry, and his future looks secure. But three years is a long time for a man to be away from home, and his return sees him risking his life in the pursuit of justice.
